I love my coach taiwo. I have been working with him for 4 months and continuing. He has transformed everything about how I train. It is quiet and not too busy in the afternoon. Very nice place for training.

It's been around 4 months since I joined the club. Friendly staff, clean and fully equipped gym, salted water swimming pool, sauna and steam room. Highly recommend CSC!

I've spent my time at a lot of gyms, either attending or working, and I love the time I've spent at CSC! Staffers and members are friendly. The pool is a big plus, and the yoga classes were really well taught. I recommend this Allston gem to anyone wanting a well rounded gym experience.

Pros: Usually able to find machines, close to home Cons: Dog in training areas( dangerous for dog and human), aggressive emails, never ending constructions, weekly fire alarm kick-outs, rude trainers.
